Location and Lodging

The conference will be held at the Drury Plaza Hotel, 105 S. St. Mary’s, San Antonio, TX78205 (210-270-7799 or Fax 800-320-8197 www.druryhotels.com) The hotel has set aside a block of rooms at the rate of $144. The cut-off date for discounted rates is Friday, February 2, 2018.

Suppliers Exhibit

Limited tabletop display space for conference attendees will be available for suppliers during the conference reception from 5 to 7 PM on February 28 at a cost of $500. For more information please email ian.britt@iftps.org or call 1-519-824-6774.

Registration and Fees

The conference registration fee provides lunch and refreshments both days, complimentary refreshments at the reception and all conference materials. Cost of the hotel accommodations and other meals are not included. All payments are in US dollars.

Annual Membership Dues

Annual membership renewals of $60 USD are due January 1 of each year. If convenient, you may include your payment with your registration to ensure that you receive the member registration rates.
